London July 2018. Professor Lynn Martin (PHD), Lord Ashcroft International Business School, Anglia Ruskin University has been appointed Academic Advisor at X-Forces Enterprise.
Ren Kapur MBE, CEO and Founder of X-Forces Enterprise (XFE), has been appointed Visiting Fellow at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School at Anglia Ruskin University in the UK.
This fellowship reflects the breadth of working closer relationships being forged by X-Forces Enterprise is leading the military community into enterprise. Ren has a passion in building and combining strategies that allow communities to grow and prosper and sees this fellowship as a natural extension to the strategic initiatives and outreach programmes already in place with various non-military organisations, NGOs, the Government and the UK industries. Building supporting relationships to enable the military in the enterprise community to thrive is essential to X-Forces Enterprise.
The fellowship appointment is effective as of May 1st, 2018. As part of the fellowship, Ren will help to shape the academic agenda to cover topics that are central to military and education at graduate and post graduate level. She will also deliver keynote speeches to students during the academic year.
Ren said, “I am delighted and honoured to be appointed as a Visiting Fellow to the Lord Ashcroft International Business School. This appointment places us in a unique position to continue making a positive contribution towards supporting the Armed Forces community into enterprise and/or employment. It is also aligned to causes that are very close to my heart, and I am very much looking forward to working closely with the Lord Ashcroft International Business School to further develop such programmes”.
