British Army veteran Chris Flannagan from Wiltshire had set his sights on a new career as a drone pilot but found few employment opportunities due to his disability.

Not the type to let barriers stop him, Chris forged ahead to build his own drone security business: TLP Ltd – Drone Security Specialists, which launched in September 2019. Since then, Chris has received support from X-Forces Enterprise, through both our funding options and free training programmes, and is also an active user on the XFE Hub, receiving mentoring from one of our experienced Business Captains.

As part of his role as X-Forces Enterprise Ambassador, Chris will be hosting Military in Business® Networking events, alongside the XFE team and a whole host of special guest speakers – sharing insight, learnings and experiences with our business community. .
