Business Advice in Times of Uncertainty, during Covid-19
Here at X-Forces Enterprise (XFE), we pride ourselves in supporting the Armed Forces community in business, and even during these uncertain times, we will continue to adapt, evolve, and strive to help you be the best in business; whether that’s new start-ups, or businesses already trading, with training courses, mentoring and access to funding.
In this past week, or so, we have been working tirelessly with our partners and technology organisations to find the very best solution to build a virtual classroom environment to retain the same level of support and training for our beneficiaries. We’ve also been working hard to create more content for the X-Forces Knowledge Exchange Hub, as we endeavour to provide you with as much support and advice as possible.
As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to present challenges for everyone, for the foreseeable, we know there is great concern and uncertainty about how this will affect the self-employed.
That’s why, over the next few weeks, we will be releasing blogs that aim to provide useful insight into the ever-changing business climate, and the wider situation, including on topics such as:
- Business Funding through British Business Bank
- Business Insurance through various channels
- People Policy and Tips through the Federation of Small Businesses and Govt
- Digitisation through our Partners
- #wfh overcoming #isolation through tips and exchanges from our XFE Businesses
As a company, we are grateful that we can still support individuals looking to start-up their own business through Government-backed funding and the Start Up Loans Company. However, it’s even more imperative than ever that we, in the business community, all make informed decisions about business ownership through the training and support. In addition, XFE prides itself on exchanging knowledge and ideas and there are many more organisations out there that can help. We will be collaborating with them to share as much information with you as possible.
Lastly, and most importantly, please share your stories with us. Morale is so key at this difficult time. There are many positive narratives emerging on social media about the steps individuals and businesses are taking to drive business forward and help their communities. We would love to amplify and share to the wider community. Let’s stick together and we will get through this stronger.
