X-Forces Enterprise (XFE) CEO Ren Kapur MBE was invited to join a select group of senior leaders at the inaugural ‘Defence Insight Briefing’ on 23rd January 2019.
Lancaster House was the venue for the exclusive event, open to the Gold Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) community, which was hosted by the two most senior people in Defence – the Secretary of State for Defence, Gavin Williamson MP and the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Sir Nick Carter.
100 senior leaders from the UK’s civil sector joined together to celebrate organisations that have shown the greatest level of support to the nation’s reservists, veterans, military spouses and partners, and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers. In a personal and private engagement, attendees were given an insight into the defence of the country and what the future might look like.
