Military in Business® Network
The XFE Military In Business® Network is an inclusive space to connect entrepreneurs from the Armed Forces community to share experiences and support one another. It is free to join for veterans, service-leavers, reservists, military spouses/partners and
family members, whether already in business or just at the exploratory stage.

XFE Ambassador Hosts
The Military In Business® community thrives on peer-to-peer support, which is why our networking events are hosted by business owners within the network. We’re proud to have a dedicated team of volunteers, all of whom have experienced their own start-up journeys and are connected to the military as veterans or family members, spanning locations across the UK.
Our Military In Business® Networking sessions are held monthly via video conference, hosted by an XFE Ambassador and featuring guest speakers from leading businesses.
The Royal British Legion supports the XFE Military In Business® Network, as part of an ongoing collaborative project since 2020, enabling peer-to peer support for the Armed Forces community in enterprise.

Federation of Small Businesses
The Federation of Small Businesses’ (FSB) is a membership organisation serving over 130,000 business owners. The mission of FSB is to help smaller businesses and the self-employed to achieve their ambitions. This is done through two primary drivers; lobbying for Government policy change and offering both complimentary and fee-based business services to members.
