AAA Caring Caretaker awarded Silver in the MOD Employer Recognition Scheme

Compliments to AAA Caring Caretaker Ltd who have been awarded Silver in the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Employer recognition scheme (ERS). The Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) inspires employers to support ex armed forces personnel and motivate other organisations to do the same.

Richard Tucker MBE, Managing Director and the team pride themselves in continuing to support ex-military personnel, seeing them grow – returning with self-esteem and pride. Over the years, Richard has helped more than 70 former servicemen gain employment and has recently employed a specialist painter and decorator who was formally a SAC in the RAF Regiment.

Richard is also the X-Forces Enterprise Ambassadors for the North East and is a magnificent pillar for this community.
